1. Subscription Options and Packages

  • Our subscription option is only available on a monthly basis.
  • We offer three packages: Free, Eko, Simple, Premium, and Enterprise.
  • The Free package is not chargeable and is intended for trial purposes only.
  • The Eko package costs 19.90 USD per month.
  • The Simple package costs 59.90 USD per month.
  • The Premium package costs 79.90 USD per month.
  • The Enterprise package costs 99.90 USD per month.
  • The packages include features and limits specified on our pricing page.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payments are collected monthly based on the selected subscription option.
  • Once the Stripe payment is confirmed, the payment will start and automatically renew every month until canceled.
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing and payment terms with reasonable notice to our customers.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time. If they cancel within the first 3 days, they will receive a full refund.
  • If a user purchases a monthly subscription and then cancels, they will not be charged for the next month, but no refund will be provided.
  • We reserve the right to terminate user subscriptions at any time if they violate our terms of use.

4. Terms of Use

  • Our software is provided "as is" with no warranty or guarantee of performance or functionality.
  • Users may not use our software for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Users must comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding the use of our software.
  • We reserve the right to change or update our terms of use at any time.

  • We collect and use personal data in accordance with our privacy policy available on our website.
  • We use personal data to implement and improve our software, communicate with our users regarding subscriptions and accounts, and may share it with third-party service providers for the execution of software and related services.

6. General Terms

  • This agreement represents the complete understanding between us and our users and supersedes any prior agreements.
  • Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, regardless of the conflicting provisions.
  • Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
  • TradeWizz may provide links to other websites, portals, files, or contents operated by third-party vendors or providers that are beyond our control, and we do not assume any responsibility for these accessed links.
  • TradeWizz is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.
  • Except for specific titles and subtitles of this agreement, TradeWizz's processing of the source code is included in the License. Users may not access the source code, except as permitted by the terms of this agreement. Users may not partially or entirely disassemble, rearrange, copy, defeat the encryption method, or disclose the source code in any manner, except as allowed by this agreement.
